Executive Assistant & Customer Service Coordinator

 

Previously, I worked in General Insurance – from brokerage, insurance companies to financial institutions. One role being, an Insurance Supervisor at CUA. For a change of pace, I then became a Contract Assistant/ Security Officer for Spotless – Defence at Enoggera Barracks. My role was to visit army bases in the South East and quote for cleaning, grounds, hospitality etc. Later I moved to the Sunshine Coast where I began working for a Principal Consultant in Gerontology, Disabilities and Community Services, where I looked after quality assurance.

Here at Momentum I have a range of duties all focused on administration. Day to day I am the office receptionist, handling support enquiries and also assisting both support and our consultants where possible in regards to proposals, licenses as well as other various general duties which ensure the office is running smoothly.

I love the office environment here at Momentum. Everyday is different and I am always learning new things. All the staff are great to work with and a bonus is our amazing office views!

Outside of work I love Op Shopping, walking my dog along Mudjimba beach and someday I’d love to restore old furniture. I love to recycle/ reuse wherever I can!
