At Momentum my role as Practice Manager is to assist with the management, workflow and marketing components of the business.

I work with our team to ensure everyone is on the same page, the communication is flowing and the work environment is a happy place. I am also a believer of Action Changes Things… and always try to encourage this by example.

My experience is very broad covering roles such as Operations Management, Administration Management and Marketing Management for companies in Melbourne, Brisbane and UK and have a vast understanding of different business processes and modes of operation. I am passionate about following processes for efficiency not because “that’s the way it’s always been done”.

I live on an acreage in the beautiful Sunshine Coast hinterland with my husband and two dogs, a whole lot of bush and a mob of kangaroos. I love running, yoga, camping and listening to podcasts and music.
