- ISO 20022 address model across the suite for accurate, interoperable address data (configurable visibility by form).
- Fairer case SLA metrics by separating System Email from agent responses, with per-class controls.
Finance
- Email/print payment receipts for released transactions (AR302000/AR304000), plus scheduling and a new AR report.
- Prepayments from sales-order payment links and charges on refunds/voided refunds with correct GL.
- Usability & tax fixes (credit terms validation, credit holds, external-tax corrections).
Inventory & Order Management
- DeviceHub scale capture on Shipments—accurate package weights without WMS.

- Multi-project AP/PO/Subcontracts, and correctable pro formas with T&M.

- Import orders without customers (guest customer flow).
- Import all Shopify documents in default store currency (single-currency accounting).
- Smarter Shopify tax mapping (same name, different rates) and price list sync (only items with effective prices).
