Ian joins Momentum Software Solutions as Service Delivery Manager with extensive business development achievements fostered through a client-centric approach for success. Ian has a robust industry track record based on more than 25 years experience in the IT managed services sector, spending 16 years at Toshiba Australia building a successful managed IT services division. Delivering top-level service is Ian’s specialty. Ian has a passion for providing quality improvements and optimising processes to accelerate overall business and customer success.

With years of experience in collaborating with stakeholders at every level, Ian will be working closely with Momentum’s consulting team to successfully empower them to achieve organisational objectives, generate and implement ideas for continuous improvement, whilst ensuring Momentum provide a top-quality service experience to all our customers.
