What motivates me to get up and go to work each day is to understand how companies operate and do what they do so that I can apply my knowledge and experience, in coordination with my available teams and technologies, to help them become more productive, more efficient, more automated, more profitable with information and insight to make them more strategic in the way that they do business. In addition, if I can assist individuals within these companies to feel more empowered to perform more enjoyable work, rather than mind-numbing repetitive drudgery, then my job is done.
